Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a wonderful balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and Wengen. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location was exceptional, providing breathtaking views of the city and mountains. The dining experience was delicious, although it could have been enhanced with more signature items. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were cozy, offering a nice view of Wenger with Jungfrau in the distance and a spacious shared deck. The bathroom was clean and not too cramped, although the room itself was on the small side. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super nice and helpful, though there were some errors and omissions in the restaurant and guest lounge. The location was perfect, elegantly rustic, near the gondola and train station, providing excellent views of the city and mountains. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options, but could use a few more standout dishes. Facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. Pricing was reasonable, offering decent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains and Wengen from the large balcony. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, allowing me to easily access the train station and cable car station to Mannlichen. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices, but could have had some signature items to elevate it further. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with a shared terrace on the 1st floor, though I would have preferred a private balcony on the 2nd or 3rd floor for more privacy. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to assist, especially Jenny in the office and Kurt, the Manager. Despite some errors in the restaurant and guest lounge, the overall experience was great. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and offering picturesque views of the mountains. The dining experience, while good, could have had a more varied selection. The facilities were top-notch, including a steam room and plunge pool, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with two adjoining balconies offering stunning views of the main street and the mountains. However, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable despite the bad weather. The location was perfect for exploring the Lauterbrunnen valley and enjoying a relaxing getaway in this romantic city. The dining experience was good but could have been more exciting. The facilities were pleasant and well-maintained.
